Fuels and Oils — Storage

Do you store fuel or heating oil for your own use? Whether it's a vehicle fleet, a generator, a boiler room, or an on-site fuel station — the right tank means not only convenience and cost savings, but above all safety and compliance with environmental regulations.

We specialise in manufacturing double-walled tanks in carbon and stainless steel, designed for the safe storage of diesel fuel, heating oil, petrol, and other liquid petroleum products. The double-walled construction eliminates the risk of leakage into the ground and groundwater — a requirement that follows directly from Polish and EU environmental regulations.

Every tank is manufactured in accordance with applicable standards (PN-EN 12285) and under the supervision of the Technical Inspection Authority. We provide full technical documentation, an operating manual, and all necessary certificates, which simplify the process of obtaining environmental permits and UDT approvals.

Our offer includes both above-ground tanks (ready to connect to a stationary dispenser at an on-site fuel station or a boiler room installation) and underground tanks (corrosion-protected and adapted to Polish soil conditions). Capacities from 1,000 to 100,000 litres.

Why our tanks?

Full regulatory compliance

Double-walled construction, UDT certificates, environmental documentation — everything ready for inspection.

Leak protection

An interstitial space leak-monitoring system eliminates the risk of soil and groundwater contamination.

Above-ground and underground

We tailor the design to local conditions — from compact 1,000 L tanks to large-capacity 100,000 L units.

Integration with dispensers

We prepare nozzles and measurement points for fuel management systems, dispensers, and telemetry modules.

FAQ — Fuels and Oils

Yes. Current regulations (Ordinance of the Minister of Economy) require the use of double-walled tanks for storing heating oil with a capacity exceeding 5,000 L and in water protection zones. Single-walled tanks are permitted only in limited cases at smaller capacities.
The scope of permits depends on capacity and location. For tanks up to 5,000 L for private use, a simple notification is usually sufficient. Larger installations require an environmental decision, a water-law permit (if located in a water protection zone), and a construction permit. We can assist you in preparing the technical documentation.
Yes. Every tank is delivered with a complete set of documentation required by UDT: declaration of conformity, technical documentation, weld inspection reports, and material certificates. We work alongside UDT inspectors throughout the approval process.
Typically 6–10 weeks from order, depending on capacity, equipment, and the level of customisation. For larger capacities (>30,000 L) or non-standard shapes, the lead time may extend to 12 weeks.
Yes, we provide tank transport throughout Poland. For larger structures, we arrange specialist haulage. On-site installation is carried out in cooperation with local contractors.

Certificates & permits

We hold a UDT permit and Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) conformity certificates.
