Sometimes a standard cylindrical tank simply does not fit — space is limited, the room geometry is unusual, or the tank must be integrated into a larger structure. That is when we step in with made-to-measure solutions.

We manufacture rectangular tanks and custom steel structures to customer documentation or our own design. We specialise in non-standard geometries — basement tanks sized for narrow spaces, support structures for process equipment, technological frames, and platforms.

We work in carbon steel (powder-coated or epoxy-painted) and stainless steel. Every project is individual — we produce single pieces, prototypes, and short runs. We work with design offices, general contractors, and maintenance departments.

In addition to manufacturing, we also offer structural engineering support — we help optimise the solution, select profiles, verify loads, and prepare workshop documentation based on your sketches or design brief.

Not always. We can work from a sketch, photographs, or a written brief. After an initial discussion we prepare our own workshop documentation and submit it for your approval.

Yes. The majority of our structures are individual projects — one-off and short-run production is standard practice for us.

Carbon steel: epoxy coating, powder coating, hot-dip galvanising. Stainless steel: grinding, polishing, chemical passivation. We select the appropriate finish based on the operating conditions of each structure.

Depending on complexity and size — between 4 and 12 weeks. Simple support structures are turned around quickly; more complex vessels and tanks require additional time for design and production.
