Industrial Processes and Process Equipment

Process equipment is a field where every detail counts: material selection, agitator geometry, heat-exchanger characteristics, and compliance with sanitary requirements. There are no off-the-shelf solutions here — every tank is built for a specific process.

We manufacture mixers, process tanks, and reactors in stainless and acid-resistant steel (AISI 304, AISI 316L) to customer-supplied or in-house drawings. We handle both individual vessels and complete process sections — for the chemical, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

As standard, we integrate agitators (propeller, paddle, anchor, and turbine types), heating and cooling coils, heat jackets, and full process instrumentation (valves, sensors, inspection manholes). Designs are engineered to meet hygienic requirements (CIP, SIP) and UDT inspection standards.

In addition to vessels, we also supply silos for bulk materials and disc granulators for granulating powder raw materials. We work closely with engineering offices, system integrators, and maintenance teams at plants in Poland and abroad.

Why our tanks?

Customer or in-house drawings

We fabricate equipment from ready-made designs, but we also design from scratch based on process requirements.

CIP / SIP ready

Hygienic designs for the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries — with full material certifications.

Agitators and heat exchangers

Full integration of agitators, coils, jackets, and instrumentation — we deliver a vessel ready for commissioning.

Engineering support

We support designers at the preliminary stage — material selection, geometry, mixing power, and heat transfer calculations.

FAQ — Processes and Equipment

Yes. We have extensive experience in designing process equipment — from concept development, through material and agitator geometry selection, to complete design and fabrication documentation.
As standard, a 3.1 certificate in accordance with EN 10204 for all pressure-bearing components. On request, a 3.2 certificate with the participation of an independent inspector, as well as documentation for the food industry (FDA, EHEDG).
Most pressurised process tanks are subject to UDT inspection — we supply full documentation and carry out acceptance testing with an inspector present.
Depending on complexity: 8–16 weeks. Equipment with agitators, heat exchangers, and full instrumentation requires a longer production cycle than simple storage tanks.

Certificates & permits

We hold a UDT permit and Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) conformity certificates.
