Stainless and acid-resistant tanks

We manufacture tanks in stainless and acid-resistant steel — both pressure and non-pressure vessels with capacities from 500 to 100,000 litres, based on our own documentation or designs supplied by the customer. The steel grades we most commonly use in this product group are: 1.4301 / 1.4307 (304 / 304L), 1.4541 (321), 1.4404 (316L), and 1.4571 (316Ti). The primary material used in tank production is sheet steel manufactured in accordance with standards EN10088-2 and EN10028-7. For sheet thicknesses up to 6 mm we use cold-rolled sheets with a 2B surface finish, film-protected on one or both sides. For greater thicknesses (8 mm and above) we use hot-rolled sheets with a 1D surface finish.
We manufacture stainless tanks as pressure vessels (up to 20 bar), low-pressure vessels (up to 0.5 bar), and non-pressure vessels. Within this category, tanks may be single- or double-walled and are used for storing or heating water, other liquids, or gases. Stainless tanks are frequently used for storing hazardous substances with corrosive properties that are highly aggressive towards carbon steel.
An undeniable advantage of stainless steel over carbon steel is its greater durability and resistance to the majority of media. Stainless tanks do not corrode in the conventional sense and show no material loss in most applications over many years of service. They do not rust, do not crack (as plastic tanks can), and require no maintenance. If you are looking for quiet, long-term performance from metal tanks, stainless tanks from this group are the right choice.
